Your Ultimate Roofing Experts in Oregon & Washington

Ultimate Roofing LLC is your reliable partner in Portland, Oregon. Our skilled team, led by Osiel Barrera, is committed to delivering exceptional, efficient, and cost-effective roofing solutions for both homes and businesses.

TPO

Beyond traditional roofing solutions, Ultimate Roofing LLC delivers specialized commercial and flat-roof services with expert Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) single-ply membrane installations. Designed for superior energy efficiency, UV resistance, and long-term weatherproofing, each TPO project is approached with rigorous craftsmanship from the deck up. The installation process begins with comprehensive substrate preparation and high-performance insulation board fastening to guarantee proper thermal performance and drainage slope. From there, crews meticulously align and hot-air weld every seam to fuse the membrane into a monolithic, watertight barrier that easily resists ponding water, punctures, and tearing. Critical focus is placed on the details that make or break a flat roof: custom-wrapping parapet walls, precision-flashing penetrations and rooftop HVAC units, and installing heavy-duty edge metal termination. By pairing top-tier materials with uncompromising attention to every weld and perimeter seal, Ultimate Roofing LLC ensures a clean, durable roofing system engineered to protect your facility for decades.

Fence Installation and
Landscaping Design

In addition to expert roofing solutions, Ultimate Roofing LLC delivers full-scope outdoor transformations, specializing in custom fence installation, masonry landscaping, and complete backyard garden design. Whether framing a property line with durable cedar privacy fencing—such as elegant board-on-board and shadowbox builds tailored to uneven grades—or reshaping terrain, every exterior project is constructed with precision and structural longevity in mind. Crews handle complex yard grading, functional dry-riverbed drainage lines, and rich, weed-barrier bark mulching to establish vibrant planting beds. For multi-level outdoor living, the team integrates natural stonework into functional beauty: building tiered block staircases, flagstone landings, and dry-stack retaining walls that protect existing mature trees while blending seamlessly into adjoining wood decks and patios. From the initial layout to the final plantings and landscape finishes, Ultimate Roofing LLC crafts clean, cohesive backyard retreats built to endure the elements season after season.

Siding Installation

Ultimate Roofing LLC provides full-service exterior siding installation and structural envelope renovations for both residential properties and commercial storefronts. Whether retrofitting an active commercial building—complete with crisp corner transitions, custom window and door trim casing, and clean paint-grade weather sealing—or siding complex residential additions from bare framing to finished lap boards, every project is executed with structural integrity and clean lines at the forefront. Their crews handle the entire building-envelope lifecycle, beginning with rigid wall sheathing, moisture barriers, and proper flashing before securing horizontal lap siding with precise reveals. Special attention is given to the challenging architectural junctions where siding meets masonry bases, storefront glass, eaves, and multi-pitch rooflines, ensuring total weatherproofing against driving rain and wind. The result is a resilient, modern exterior that not only dramatically elevates curb appeal and brand presence, but also provides lasting protection for the building beneath.

Roof Cleaning Services

Ultimate Roofing LLC delivers comprehensive exterior and roof cleaning services designed to restore property curb appeal while protecting the structural lifespan of your building envelope. Armed with professional-grade pressure washing and soft-wash equipment, their technicians tackle deep-seated environmental build-up across complex architectural profiles—from commercial facilities and community venues to steep residential slopes. Whether stripping dense moss and organic debris from concrete tile channels or lifting years of stubborn grime, pine needles, and algae off large-scale standing seam metal roofs, every surface is treated with materials-conscious precision. Crews take painstaking care to wash valleys, dormers, and drainage gutters clear of runoff, revitalizing tired, weathered surfaces back to a clean, bright, factory-fresh finish without compromising the integrity of protective panel coatings or roof seals below.

Such a great experience. We got 3 quotes, and from them all, Ultimate Roofing was very affordable. Their way of running business is very good. Detailed oriented, meticulous and dedicated. They went above and beyond to please us. At the end, they clean up even the front of our gutters to make the house look like new! Great guys, I would recommend them 100%. The quality of the work is outstanding.

Home Owner

My wife and I were in need of a new roof and hired Ultimate Roofing. The crew showed up when promised and cleaned up at the end of each work day. We felt we paid a fair price for the work we had done on our home. We now have a beautiful new roof. After work is now complete, my wife and I would highly recommend Ultimate Roofing to anyone in need of a new roof. We say thank you very much.
